Platán **

The Platán Gourmet Restaurant, part of the Platán Manor, offers its guests an exceptional culinary experience with stunning food compositions and colourful, floral designs created by their Michelin-starred chef István Pesti.

István Pesti took charge of the kitchen at Platán Restaurant in 2015 to prove that the countryside can offer quality hospitality that the country can be proud of. The chef’s tasting menus are famous, and many believe he is the chef with the most beautifully plated dishes in Hungary.

In 2020, with the help of designer Zoltán Varró, the Platán Restaurant underwent a major renovation and was divided into two sections: a more informal bistro and a new fine dining restaurant.
