I am looking forward to an exciting second half of the year with the release of the new 2023 vintage on the Hungarian and Swiss markets. The 2023 harvest was excellent: a warm summer, a long autumn and a special mesoclimate with cool morning fog and plenty of sunshine.
These facts provided the necessary basis for a Spätlese type wine (with a higher aromatic and sugar content, as well as a nice acid structure), as you are used to from me. After a careful manual selection, my colleagues in the Györszemere vineyard were able to work with a smaller quantity than usual, but with excellent grapes. Therefore, the number of bottles is limited. First come first served. Buy it but keep it in the cellar for 2-3 years.
Unveiling my new Riesling sparkling wine
I am also looking forward to launching my latest Riesling sparkling wine – CZURDA Brut Millésimé 2022 – on the Swiss market in 2024, and I am quite confident that our champagne will be a hit with consumers. Riesling sparkling wine will be launched on the Hungarian market in 2025.
Wine lovers can expect a blend of traditional techniques and proven technology provided by the experienced bubbles-maker Szigeti in Austria, promising a unique and unforgettable experience.
