Again, intoxicatingly elegant, but only 300 bottles are available

After careful hand harvesting, for 2023, we gathered less raw material than usual, but it was more beautiful than ever. A not-too-dry summer and plenty of autumn sunshine combined with the special microclimate and cooler mornings have helped grow an excellent riesling. The result is a dry wine of outstanding quality this year, with a fuller, more intense flavour but still with a nice acidity.

Tasting note
Pale yellow, with ripe fruit aromas of apricots, pears, and pineapples, spiced with hints of thyme. The scent of fruit comes from late harvested but not botrytised grapes and raisins.
